Process:
Grand Sud Merlot is vinified in stainless steel tanks to preserve its natural fruit expression. After fermentation, the alcohol is gently removed using a low-temperature vacuum distillation process. This careful method maintains the wine’s authentic aromas and varietal character, without adding artificial flavours.
Tasting Notes:
Deep ruby red in colour. On the nose, look for ripe red berries, plum, and hints of spice. The palate is smooth and medium-bodied, with soft tannins, juicy fruit notes, and a round, balanced finish.
