Shipping Information
All orders are packed and shipped from our brick-and-mortar shop, Revolucion Cigars & Fine Gifts in Vancouver, BC.
We work hard to process orders quickly and accurately to ensure a seamless experience.
Same-Day Delivery (Vancouver)
We offer same-day delivery through a local courier.
To arrange this service, please call 604-662-4427.
Availability and pricing vary based on:
- Your location
- Day of the week
- Time of day
Ordering before 12 PM PST (Mon–Fri) typically secures the most economical rate.
1. Place your order online and select “Pick Up” at checkout.
2. Call us to confirm your order has been processed.
3. Once verified, send an Uber to our address.
4. Call us back with the car model + plate number to coordinate a smooth handoff.

We ship through Canada Post and UPS.
Canada Post
Our most cost-effective and reliable option.
Estimated delivery: 2–9 business days across Canada.
Shipping costs shown at checkout are estimates and may vary.
If the actual cost is lower, we will refund the difference.
If higher, we will contact you before proceeding.
UPS
UPS rates may be better for certain products or regions.
Available options will appear automatically at checkout.
We only ship tobacco within British Columbia.
Tobacco cannot be shipped to other Canadian provinces.
All non-tobacco items (fine gifts, accessories, etc.) can be shipped anywhere in Canada.
Due to regulations, we cannot ship:
- Cigarettes
- Roll-your-own tobacco
- Cigarillos
- Smokeless tobacco
- Cuban products
Lighters are considered dangerous goods and require FedEx DG service with an additional fee.

UK regulations limit certain quantities per order:
- Cigarettes: Max 200
- Cigarillos: Max 100
- Cigars: Max 50
- Tobacco (Pipe/RYO/Shisha): Max 250g
Our system will automatically adjust any quantities that exceed these limits.
If something slips through, we will correct it manually during processing.
For all other countries, shipments must comply with the destination’s import regulations.
All pick-up orders require ID verification matching the credit card used.
If someone else is picking up your order, email sales@revolucionstyle.com with their name before arrival.
No ID match = no pickup. No exceptions.
International customers may incur duties, taxes, or import fees set by their country’s customs authority.
These fees are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns Policy
If we made an error and shipped the wrong product, contact us within 14 days and we will make it right.
If a product becomes defective within 14 days, we are happy to assist with a solution.
We do not accept returns on tobacco—however:
If you experience a cigar quality issue, please keep the cigar and contact us.
While we cannot guarantee replacements, we will always do our best to help depending on the circumstances.
Non-tobacco items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days if unused and in original condition.
Warranty
Many products come with manufacturer warranties.
You may contact the manufacturer directly or ask us to assist.
If purchased without an account, we will need your purchase date to locate your receipt.
