By operating under vacuum conditions, the evaporation point of alcohol is significantly reduced. This allows for a delicate extraction at lower temperatures, helping retain the majority of the wine’s natural flavors, aromas, and complexity.
The result is a refined, alcohol-free wine that stays true to its origin—offering an authentic tasting experience without compromise.
