Type: Cuban Cigars
Herman Upmann was a German banker who fell in love with Cuban cigars and moved to Havana in 1844 to set up shop as both a banker and a cigar maker. His bank closed in the early 1920s, but his cigars remain a fine example of an elegant, Mild-Medium flavored Habano.
This Habano is Totally Handmade with Long Filler using carefully selected leaves from the renowned Vuelta Abajo region, home to the world’s finest tobacco. With a mild to medium strength, it embodies the tradition and refinement of H. Upmann, a brand with over 175 years of history, renowned for its exceptional quality, as evidenced by numerous gold medals won at international fairs in the 19th century.
Cigar Aficionado Rated this cigar at 91 Points.
