Inspired by the craft of Añejo tequila, this spirit is made with imported Mexican agave and distilled without alcohol in a copper still. Traditional methods preserve the warm, woody aroma and familiar flavour profile—reimagined without alcohol.

0.25 Oz Agave syrup
1 Dash Undone Italian Bitter
Orange peel
1 Large ice cube
Orange slice to garnish (optional)
ISH sources sun-dried juniper berries from Southern Europe, coriander seeds from Provence, France, peppercorn, bitter orange and a unique distillate using the shells from chilli seeds to provide the satisfying heat we love.

2 Oz ISH London Botanical Alcohol-Free Gin
1 Oz Fresh lime juice
3/4 Oz Cranberry juice (preferably unsweetened for a more tart flavor)
1/2 Oz simple syrup (adjust to taste depending on the sweetness of your cranberry juice)
Cranberries and rosemary for garnish
