Not at this time. The subscription is curated to surprise you with new blends and regions — part of the ritual is the discovery itself. However, members can share preferences and feedback that help shape future selections.
Absolutely. The Monthly Cigar Subscription makes an exceptional gift for any aficionado. Choose a prepaid plan and include a personalized message for the recipient.
Your first subscription order is processed and shipped as soon as it’s placed. Please allow 24–72 business hours for processing. Standard delivery takes approximately 4–7 business days.
Each following month, your subscription renews automatically on the first of the month. Once your payment is approved, your order will begin processing and ship shortly after.
You can cancel your subscription at any time if no longer wish to continue getting new monthly items. You can manage your subscription in your My Account > Subscriptions.
If your subscription order fails for any reason (ex. a common reason is your credit card expired) then you have 5 days to update your payment method until your subscription is automatically cancelled.
All cigars are shipped in humidity-controlled packaging with Boveda protection to ensure optimal condition upon arrival — fresh, firm, and ready to smoke.
