Crafted in the lower plains of Beaujolais, just south of Brouilly, L’Antidote is a zero-alcohol sparkling beverage rooted in natural wine philosophy. Produced on organically and Demeter-certified vineyards cultivated since 2006, the estate practices rigorous polyculture farming—integrating vegetable gardens, fruit trees, grains, and medicinal herbs throughout the land.
L’Antidote is a carefully balanced blend of 65% grape and apple juice and 35% organic herbal infusion, featuring ginger, lemon, yarrow, poppy, rosemary, thyme, mallow, bramble, agrimony, and verbena. Each vintage is crafted with the same care as wine, focusing on harmony between acidity, sweetness, bitterness, and fine bubbles.
The result is a lively, expressive, alcohol-free sparkling drink that feels joyful, thoughtful, and deeply natural. Versatile and inclusive by design, L’Antidote pairs beautifully with cheese, desserts, or simply moments meant to be shared—across generations and occasions alike.
