Type: Cuban Cigars
Herman Upmann was a German banker who fell in love with Cuban cigars and moved to Havana in 1844 to set up shop as both a banker and a cigar maker. His bank closed in the early 1920s, but his cigars remain a fine example of an elegant, Mild-Medium flavored Habano.
The Connoisseur No.2 is a one-of-a-kind Habanos vitola, the first to feature a ring gauge of 51. In Cuban cigar factories, the form is known as Bohemios, and it measures 5 14" (134mm) long by 51 ring gauge. It joins the H. Upmann standard portfolio's Connoisseur A, B, and No.1.
