Type: Cuban Cigars
Founded by Alvarez y Garcia in 1875 and named after Shakespeare's tragic lovers- Romeo Y Julieta. The brand rose to fame in 1903 under the direction of a talented promoter- Don 'Pepin'.
This smoke is encased in a rich colorado wrapper - is covered in a light sheen of oil. This smooth and complex cigar is one that shall only get better with age.
The tight draw of this belicoso delivers a primarily cedary smoke with hints of walnuts, a slight, sugar-cookie sweetness and a tangy finish.
Cigar Aficionado Rated this cigar at 94 Points.
