Loison Panettone Classic Made In Italy 500g
Classic Panettone is Italy’s Traditional Italian Christmas cake. A leavened cake with a yellow sponge and cross-cut on top, it is made according to the original Milanese recipe featuring raisins and candied peel of oranges and citrons.
Crafted according to tradition since 1938, our classic Panettone requires 72 hours of production time, which includes the natural rising of the sourdough. The secret lies in the experience of the baker and in the ability to observe and exalt both quality and flavors.
The dough is yellow and made from little refined flours and eggs laid by free-range hens raised in Italy, as well as butter, milk and heavy cream of high quality.
