Ramón Allones is one of the oldest brands in the Habanos S.A. portfolio, having been launched in 1837. Allones is recognized with being the first maker to use decorative, branded labels on his boxes. While it isn't a household name because it is one of Cuba's minor brands, Habanophiles are familiar with it.
The Specially Selected is probably the most well-known vitola in the Ramon Allones’ catalogue, and it's a cigar that fans of more full-bodied tobacco gravitate toward. The earthy espresso bean is present in every puff, yet flavors of marzipan and citrus reveal the cigar's more elegant side.
