Process:
Grand Sud Chardonnay is vinified in stainless steel tanks to preserve crisp fruit character. After fermentation, the alcohol is gently removed using a low-temperature vacuum distillation process. This careful method maintains the wine’s natural aromas and varietal expression, without adding artificial flavours.
Tasting Notes:
A pale straw-yellow colour with green highlights. On the nose, look for citrus, ripe peach, and delicate floral notes with a subtle buttery hint. The palate is round and creamy yet refreshing, offering soft orchard fruit and a clean, balanced finish.
