L’Arjolle uses a high-quality, eco-conscious dealcoholization process designed to preserve the true character of the wine. Through advanced vacuum evaporation and low-temperature distillation, alcohol is gently separated while maintaining the wine’s original structure and aroma.
By operating under vacuum conditions, the evaporation point of alcohol is significantly reduced. This allows for a delicate extraction at lower temperatures, helping retain the majority of the wine’s natural flavors, aromas, and complexity.
The result is a refined, alcohol-free wine that stays true to its origin—offering an authentic tasting experience without compromise.
Tasting Notes:
Ripe berry fruit, fresh with a soft mouthfeel, some refined tannin, and a medium-bodied finish.
