All your orders are packed and shipped from our Brick and Mortar Revolucion Cigars and Fine Gifts located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
Shipping Policies
Local Same-Day
We offer same-day delivery throughout Vancouver utilizing a local courier. Please call our shop at 604-662-4427 to organize this option. Keep in mind that the availability of this service and pricing may vary depending on your location, day of the week, and time you call. The most economical rates are typically available if you order before 12 PM (PST) Monday to Friday.
Uber Package Delivery
Take advantage of Uber Package Delivery with your Uber app. Place an online order from our website and choose the "Pick Up" option at checkout. Before sending your Uber, please contact us to confirm your order has been processed and verified. Once verified, you can send Uber to our address to pick up your package. Call us back to coordinate your Uber details (car and license plate number) for a smooth handoff. 604-662-4427.
Shipping Within Canada
We use Canada Post and UPS to ship orders within Canada.
Canada Post: Canada Post will likely be the most cost-effective and efficient way to get your package. From our experience, we find packages usually take between 2-9 business days to get to most places within Canada. However, depending on the shipping option, destination, time of year, and other factors out of our control, shipping times may take longer. Shipping costs calculated at checkout are estimates and subject to change. In the rare event that shipping costs exceed the initial quote, we will contact you to discuss the details. There are also times when the shipping cost ends up being less expensive; in these circumstances, you will receive a refund of the difference.
UPS: UPS sometimes has better rates when shipping certain products. You will automatically see the different shipping options presented to you during the checkout process.
Canadian Tobacco Shipping Considerations:
For Canadian orders, we only ship tobacco products within British Columbia. We cannot and do not ship tobacco products to other provinces in Canada. Our Fine Gifts and all other non-Tobacco products can be shipped to all locations across Canada.
Shipments to United States of America
Due to legal restrictions, we do not ship Cigarettes, Roll-your-own Tobacco, Cigarillos, Smokeless tobacco, and Cuban products to the United States. Lighters are considered a dangerous good and can only be shipped via Fedex dangerous goods service, this requires an extra fee for delivery. Shipments to the United Kingdom
There are quantity limitations for specific tobacco products in accordance with UK regulations:
Cigarettes: Maximum of 200 cigarettes per order.
Cigarillos: Maximum of 100 cigarillos per order.
Cigars: Maximum of 50 cigars per order.
Tobacco (Pipe, Roll-your-own, and Shisha Tobacco): Maximum of 250g per order.
Our system should automatically enforce the above-mentioned quantity restrictions for tobacco products. If you attempt to add more than the allowed quantity to your cart, the system will adjust the quantity to the maximum allowed. Or it may be adjusted during order processing if something was found to not meet regulations.
International Shipping:
For all other international orders, we adhere to the regulations of the respective destination country.
Pick Up In Store:
All pick-up purchases require ID verification. The ID must match the credit card used for the purchase. If someone else is picking up the order on your behalf, please call the store or send an email to sales@revolucionstyle.com with the name of the person who will be picking up the order. If an ID is not submitted, only the person responsible for the order and the credit card used for the purchase will be able to pick up the product, and they must present both the ID and the credit card used. No exceptions.
Additional Fees and Duties:
Please be aware that orders shipped internationally may be subject to additional fees and import duties. These charges are determined by customs authorities and are separate from the shipping fees you pay during checkout. Any fees and/or duties incurred are the responsibility of the recipient and may be collected at the time of delivery.

Return Policy
If you receive the wrong product due to our mistake, please contact us within 14 days of purchase to initiate the return process.
In the rare event that a product becomes defective within 14 days, we are committed to providing you with a solution.
We do not accept returns for tobacco products as they are a perishable item. However, because they are a natural and, in most cases, hand-processed product, please contact us if you have had a less than favorable experience with a cigar because of a quality control issue; please save the cigar. We cannot make any promises, but depending on the circumstances, we can work to make it right.
We accept exchanges and returns within 14 days on products that have not been used.
Warranty Policy
If you choose to contact the manufacturer directly, please refer to their warranty information and follow their instructions for initiating a warranty claim. Let us know if you need us to provide you with a copy of your receipt; (if it was not purchased under your profile/account, we would need the date of your purchase to look through our records). Please be aware that shipping charges to and from the manufacturer usually occur. It is a case-by-case and product-by-product basis.
