Ramón Allones is one of the oldest brands in the Habanos S.A. portfolio, having been launched in 1837. Allones is recognized with being the first maker to use decorative, branded labels on his boxes. While it isn't a household name because it is one of Cuba's minor brands, Habanophiles are familiar with it.
The wrapper is silky smooth, and they start with a pleasant aroma of coffee and cedar, with an unusual note of nougat and cedar on the cold draw. The flavors begin with a toasted bread note combined with spicy and creamy flavor once lighted.
