Our autoship service offers a simple and reliable way to receive the products you enjoy on a recurring schedule. By subscribing, you're ensures your favourites arrive when you need them, without having to place a new order each time.

How Autoship Works

Select the “Autoship” option on eligible products and choose how often you would like your recurring delivery. Your order will repeat automatically based on the schedule you set, and you will always receive an email reminder before the next shipment processes.

Managing Your Autoship Subscription

You can make changes to your autoship subscription anytime through your customer account. This includes the ability to:

• Adjust your delivery frequency
• Change product quantities
• Swap items in your recurring order
• Skip an upcoming autoship delivery
• Update your shipping address or payment method
• Pause your autoship subscription
• Cancel when needed

All updates must be completed before your next autoship order begins processing.

Billing and Notifications

Before each recurring delivery renews, you will receive an email notification. This gives you time to review your upcoming shipment and make any adjustments.

Skipping or Rescheduling Deliveries

If you need more time between orders, you can skip your next autoship delivery or shift it to a future date. There are no fees or restrictions for adjusting your schedule.

Cancelling Autoship

You may cancel at any time before your next scheduled processing date. Cancellation takes effect immediately and does not impact any loyalty points you have earned.

Autoship Pricing

Some products may offer a subscription-based price. Others may not. Pricing will always be clearly displayed on each individual product page before you enroll in autoship.

When an Order Cannot Be Updated

Once an autoship order has begun fulfillment, changes can no longer be made. Any edits will apply to the following cycle.
