If your order is received after 5:00 PM, we will ship it on the following business day. For non-cigarette tobacco products, we ship throughout Canada. However, tobacco products are only shipped within BC.

Return Policy:

We take pride in the quality of our products and strive to ensure your satisfaction. If we make a fulfillment mistake resulting in the shipment of incorrect product, we will accept returns within 15 days from the purchase date. However, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reason.
