Shipping Policy:

We strive to process and ship orders promptly to ensure quick delivery. If you place your order before 5:00 PM, we will ship it the same day, as long as the product is in stock. If your order is received after 5:00 PM, we will ship it on the following business day. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays, unless prior arrangements have been made. While we do not guarantee delivery times, we do provide estimated shipping and transit times for your convenience. We suggest placing your order in a timely manner to avoid potential delays caused by shipping or product availability.

For non-cigarette tobacco products, we ship throughout Canada. However, tobacco products are only shipped within BC.

Return Policy:

We take pride in the quality of our products and strive to ensure your satisfaction. If we make a fulfillment mistake resulting in the shipment of incorrect product, we will accept returns within 15 days from the purchase date. However, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reason.
